  My grandfather and I visited this location today and we were regulars until our experience today. First, let me start with the good part of our visit. The two women that were cashiers that day, were amazing and are the perfect example of great customer service. Your team needs more smiling faces like them! Now to the event that has led me to never bring myself no my grandfather back to this store. Your manager. She is HORRIBLE! My grandfather asked for a white fish dinner and got the exact opposite. Once the food was shown to him, I instantly stated that, that was not what he ordered and asked for a manager. Instead of coming from the back to talk to us like most managers do, she decided to have a conversation through the food pick up window. I could hear her complain about having to remake the food and she was complaining about the two women up front. She stated that "it wasn't her fault that those two couldn't give out the right food". What a great manager she is! If you are a cook, your order should always be checked by the cook before it is sent out for delivery. The cashier who helped us out, showed me the food and asked if this was our order and I said no and she instantly apologized and asked for a remake but it seemed like we asked the cook who is a "acting" manager, to pull her teeth out and give them to us. We will never be back and I am saddened by this because my grandfather loved coming here at least twice a week. Maybe if you had better managers, we would come back. As long as we see her face, I will never bring him back here to eat. Way to go Captain D's!!!

  I would give it a higher rating but have changed the size of their sandwiches once new ownership took over.
